Leveraged debt capital market plays an important role in modern financial system, especially in financing structure, credit risk management and capital pricing. This paper examines the basic framework and financial modeling methods of the leveraged debt market and analyzes key issues in the market, including inadequacies in risk management, limitations of credit risk models, the impact of capital structure on financial health, and volatility and valuation bias in pricing models. In addition, it also discusses the methods of leveraged debt financing, credit risk forecasting and capital structure optimization, and reveals the challenges and countermeasures faced in the actual operation, which provides valuable theoretical and practical reference for the participants of the financial market.
