Abstract

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the wide application of SaaS (software as a service) model, AI-enabled SaaS software has become an important means for enterprises to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize customer experience. AI technology can bring significant value to SaaS software in data analysis, prediction and decision-making, and automated processes. However, when implementing AI-enabled SaaS software, companies need to assess their return on investment (ROI) to ensure that technology inputs can deliver the desired economic benefits and strategic advantages. This study analyzes the application scenarios, costs and benefits of AI-enabled SaaS software, discusses the key factors influencing the return on investment, and puts forward the optimization strategy, aiming to help enterprises better measure the returns brought by AI technology, optimize resource allocation, and finally improve the overall investment efficiency.
