This article discusses the innovative path of enterprise business administration and human resources management model in the era of big data. By analyzing the limitations of the traditional management model and combining the application of big data technology, the impact of management model innovation on the core competitiveness of enterprises is put forward. This article focuses on the synergy of business administration and human resources management. The extensive application of data sharing and analysis improves the operational efficiency and adaptability of enterprises, and optimizes the allocation and performance management of human resources. The big data-driven management model can effectively enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises in the rapidly changing market and provide important support for the strategic development of enterprises.
