Research on the Construction of Collaborative Mechanism between Green Finance and Climate Risk Management Empowered by Financial Technology: Based on the Impact of Green Finance on Corporate Performance

This article focuses on the impact of green finance on corporate performance, with green finance as the direct variable, climate risk management as the intermediate variable, and financial technology as the moderating variable. Through theoretical analysis and case studies from multiple industries, a collaborative mechanism of "green finance climate risk management fintech" is constructed to elaborate on the direct and indirect effects of green finance on company performance through climate risk management. The regulatory effects of fintech are analyzed in depth, providing comprehensive theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to achieve performance improvement and green transformation through green finance.
