Abstract

The report from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party emphasized the crucial role of digital rural development in promoting rural revitalization and achieving high-quality rural development. Guided by this policy direction, this study explores how digital rural development impacts rural quality growth from a digital perspective. This paper assesses the digital rural development and rural quality development levels across 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, utilizing spatial econometric models to analyze the interaction mechanisms between them. Finally, this paper offers strategic recommendations for enhancing rural quality development in these regions.
